For Every Generation

Dedicated tracks for adults, youth (13–35), and children (5–12). Infants attend free. Every age group has structured programming throughout the four days.

Everything you need to know before you arrive at the 35th CSI Family & Youth Conference.

Visit the Registration page, choose your pass type, enter your attendees, select a room (Stay Package), and choose your payment method. It takes about 5–10 minutes. You'll receive a confirmation number immediately after submitting.
Stay Package — $25 registration fee per adult (13+), plus room rate per person:
  • Single King: $650
  • Double King (2 people): $475/person
  • Double Queen (2 people): $500/person
  • Triple Queen (3 people): $425/person
  • Quad King or Quad Queen (4 people): $400–$450/person
  • Children (5–12): $250 flat rate
  • Infants & toddlers (0–4): free

Local Church Day Pass — $275/adult, $200/child. No accommodation; includes all conference sessions and meals.
Yes — use promo code YOUTH100 at checkout. Attendees aged 13–35 each receive $100 off. This applies to every eligible youth in your booking, including family registrations — you don't need to register separately. Limited to the first 50 youth registrants, so register early.
Three options:
  • Online: Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — payment processed immediately.
  • Zelle / Wire / ACH: Banking details emailed within 24–48 hours after registration.
  • Check: Mailing address and instructions emailed within 24–48 hours after registration.
The installment payment plan closed on June 23, 2026. Full payment is now required at registration. All three payment methods (online card, Zelle/ACH, and check) are still accepted.
July 23–26, 2026 at Wyndham DFW Airport, Dallas, TX. The hotel is minutes from DFW International Airport with complimentary shuttle service. Check-in begins Thursday, July 23.
4 days / 3 nights accommodation + 9 meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch) + full conference access: all main sessions, worship services, theme sessions, workshops, youth programs, children's activities, and conference materials.
There are dedicated tracks for every age:
  • Adults (13+): Theme sessions, workshops, morning and evening worship
  • Youth: Youth-specific theme sessions, worship night, sports & tournaments
  • Children: Supervised age-appropriate programs throughout the conference
  • All ages: Main worship services, inauguration, and closing ceremony

Your confirmation number and a photo ID for hotel check-in. Comfortable, casual attire appropriate for worship sessions and the Texas summer heat is recommended. All meals and conference materials are provided on-site.

Absolutely. Infants (0–4) attend free. Children (5–12) have supervised programs throughout the conference. Youth (13–35) have dedicated sessions, a youth worship night, and sports tournaments. Adults have theme sessions, workshops, and worship services. The conference is designed as a family experience.
Yes. Each registration covers up to 4 occupants per room (adults and children combined). Infants do not count toward the room occupancy limit. If your group is larger than 4, simply complete an additional registration for the remaining members.
